Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows.

Fulfillment and delivery time

Orders ship from Amazon fulfillment centers in the US. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, and most deliveries arrive within 2–5 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Order changes and address corrections

Because orders move to the fulfillment center quickly, we can't always change an order once it's placed. If you need to correct an address, email support@aeramed.health right away and we'll do our best.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If tracking shows delivered but your package hasn't arrived, please check with neighbors and your carrier first, then contact us within 7 days and we'll help. Items that arrive damaged are covered by our 90-day guarantee.
