Rinse water chambers daily with warm water and mild soap, then air dry; a Care Card with full guidance ships in every chamber box. Swap disposable filters about every 30 days, or sooner if they look discolored. Liners, chin straps and strap covers are machine washable on cold and gentle — air dry, no bleach. Replace consumable parts according to your equipment manufacturer’s guidance.

Orders ship from Amazon fulfillment centers; most arrive in 2–5 business days within the US. If anything isn’t right within 90 days, email us and we’ll replace it or refund you — no hoops.
Every AeraMed product is covered by a 90-day guarantee. If something isn't right — it doesn't fit, it arrived damaged, or it simply isn't working for you — tell us within 90 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
How it works
- Email us at support@aeramed.health with your order number and a sentence or two about what went wrong. A photo helps if the item arrived damaged.
- We reply within one business day with the fix: a replacement on the way, or a refund to your original payment method.
- No hoops. For most issues we don't need the item back. If we do, we'll send a prepaid label.
What's covered
- Fit problems — the chamber, filters or liners don't fit the machine or mask shown in the compatibility image.
- Defects — leaks, seams, closures or materials that fail under normal nightly use within 90 days.
- Damage in transit.
- Changed your mind on an unopened item within 30 days of delivery.
Good to know
- The guarantee covers purchases made on aeramed.health. For orders placed elsewhere, please use that marketplace's return process.
- Consumables (filters, liners) that have been used as intended and simply reached the end of their life aren't defects — but if you feel yours wore out early, tell us anyway.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
